The brains behind SalesDNA is the product of Gus Patterson and David Dowe who believe that small to medium sized businesses should have ready access to world standard leadership content at an affordable price point.  We are also convinced that such content should be packaged and presented to meet the needs of the different ways that people learn.

Using the internet is an obvious choice to allow the user to watch content anywhere, anytime in an easily accessible format.  Clients can use the material when working alone, in workshops, in presentations, as a refresher tool, as a checklist, for personal development or as a coaching guide and all at their own pace.

This is the philosophy behind what we do – to provide a better way of learning and to help individuals and businesses grow.

Gus Patterson

With numerous General Manager roles within CBA from 2000 through to 2008, Gus has a wealth of experience in leading, managing and coaching large sales teams  consisting of multiple roles (bankers, financial planners and investment advisers) and he continued to leverage this experience with Westpac's Premium Financial Services business as GM NSW.  Gus has always sought to bring both creativity and a learning culture to roles he has enjoyed.  From the introduction of a group wide learning programme within CBA known as the "Espresso" programme to the implementation of a unique customer interactive tool within Westpac, Gus brings both experience and ingenuity to assist companies looking to develop their staff with scalable solutions to everyday business issues.

As a Chartered Accountant by profession and with an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management,  Gus brings an understanding of the need to develop the soft skills of staff within a strategic framework that can enhance business performance.

David Dowe

David is a highly skilled learning and development professional specialising in sales and leadership development, with over 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of blue chip organisations, including Financial Services, IT, Healthcare, FMCG and Manufacturing.

His commercial career has led him from Australia to the UK and continental Europe as he progressed from sales and sales management positions to learning and development consultancy roles in organisations including Kraft General Foods, Rogen and the Commonwealth Bank Group.

David now consults to businesses and individuals at all levels across the financial and professional services industries in particular, to help them achieve their sales, service and leadership imperatives.
